Diocese of Charlotte
5th Eucharistic Congress
At last year's Eucharistic Congress more than 70 vendors presented
appropriate merchandise for sale or offered information to 8,000 congress
participants.

The vendor area for the 2009 Congress will be the same as the 2008
location.  It will be integrated into the food service area to generate the
maximum foot traffic.

Commercial vendors are charged rental of $100 per 10' by 10' booth with
no furnishings. Info Only vendors who do not offer merchandise for sale
and do not solicit donations at the Eucharistic Congress will be offered a
10' by 10' vendor space with no furnishings at no charge.

Vendors are asked not to sell or distribute any items that support any
political candidate or political party. Additionally, items sold or distributed
cannot be in conflict with the Teaching of the Catholic Church. For
example, a Pro-Choice t-shirt would conflict with the Pro-Life stand of the
Church and could not be sold. Vendors displaying objectionable materials
will be asked to remove the items and may also be asked to leave the event.

Vendors are responsible for their booth equipment such as tables and
chairs. These items may also be rented from the George Fern Company
www.georgefern.com.
